This page is a placeholder while we finalize the production terms of service with counsel. The short version: you own your AI tools, your customers, and your revenue. We host the platform, take a flat platform fee, and a small revenue share on transactions you route through indie FDE.

Your rights

• You own your prompts, your workflow definitions, and your customer relationships.
• You can export your data and cancel at any time.
• You set your own pricing with your customers.

Our rules

• No illegal use. No spam. No fraud.
• One agent per subscription. Multiple verticals require multiple seats.
• Platform fee is non-refundable. Revenue share applies only to actual transactions.
